Call of Duty Black Ops III: New Nuk3Town Bonus Map Video
Call of Duty Black Ops III still hasn’t arrived yet, but Activision has released new information and a new trailer for one of the game’s bonus DLC maps, Nuk3town. The fan favorite map returns to Call of Duty Black Ops III, and you can check out the new gameplay trailer for Nuk3town below.
The new iteration of Nuk3town is set in 2065 and has been re-designed from the ground up to highlight the game’s new momentum-based, chained-movement system. The map is designed as a virtual neighborhood of the future, meant to allow people to escape from a harsh reality. The new multiplayer map allows players to battle in close-quarters in a classic run-and-gun style. The idyllic style and setting almost seems reminiscent of the Fallout franchise, pre-Nuclear Apocalypse of course, lest Fallout fans get offended by the comparison. From the looks of the new footage, using the environment to jump off of walls and balconies to eliminate targets will be quite the fun and chaotic experience.
Call of Duty Black Ops III is scheduled for launch on November 6. The game will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Windows PC. Unfortunately for PS3 and Xbox 360 owners, the Nuk3town DLC bonus map will not be available on the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game. The map is a free bonus for players who pre-order the game.
