Sci-fi Novel Spin Adapted Into TV Show
Pretty Little Liars. The Vampire Diaries. These are just some of the television shows that are loosely based on popular book series. Spin, a sci-fi novel written by Robert Charles Wilson, is the latest name to joining the bandwagon.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Universal Cable Productions has acquired the sci-fi novel rights. The company has been in the business since 2008. It produced several household names like Monk, In Plain Sight and Eureka.
Little is known abot the project, except that Bits and Pieces Pictures’ Rob Morrow and Olympus Pictures’ Leslie Urdang are currently attached to produce Spin.
