South Park: The Fractured But Whole Has One Of The Best Bonuses EVER
It’s become routine these days for game publishers to offer Super Deluxe Limited Editions of their tentpole releases. Big guys do it (Activision), small guys do it (Atlus), even baby kangaroos do it. And Ubisoft will be doing it with the upcoming sequel to South Park: The Stick Of Truth, entitled The Fractured But Whole (if you haven’t gotten the pun yet, say it out loud).
This Limited Edition comes with some of the typical offerings: Steelbook packaging, special DLC, a Season Pass, you know the drill. However, there is one item that elevates this Limited Edition above all others: an RC car rendition of Cartman as The Coon, riding a spiffed-up tricycle!
The customized RC car is controlled via a smartphone app (included in the package, because that would be quite a mistake otherwise). And it talks too, spouting a dozen different Coon lines from the game. If you want a surefire way to make new friends, take this baby out for a spin in the park.
One thing the Coon RC trike doesn’t have is batteries, go figure. You’ll have to buy them on your own. Another thing you’ll need is an Amazon account, because the Fractured But Whole Limited Edition is exclusive to the online merchant. The package will set you back a whopping $190, putting this in the upper end of special editions, but still…..CARTMAN CAR!
South Park: The Fractured But Whole comes out December 6, 2017 for Playstation 4, XBox One and PC.
