The Flash and Arrow Extended Crossover Trailer Revealed
Where comic book and superhero fans are concerned, one of the biggest events of the TV season is an upcoming extended crossover between the DC/CW shows The Flash and Arrow. The crossover will be a two-parter starting next month with The Flash episode titled “Legends of Today,” which airs on December 1. The story will continue over in Arrow for the upcoming episode, “Legends of Yesterday.” It looks like these episodes will act as the backdoor pilot of sorts for the upcoming DC’s Legends of Tomorrow series. This is next show in DC’s shared TV universe of shows that will premiere early next year. This week, The CW Network released a new trailer for the upcoming extended, two-part crossover.
In the crossover, which is billed as a “Heroes Join Forces” event, Arrow, The Flash and other heroes are pitted against the new immortal villain Vandal Savage, who will also be featured as one of the big bads for Legends of Tomorrow. It looks like Flash and Arrow will form a make-shift team of heroes and vigilantes along with Hawkgirl, Hawkman, Black Canary, Speedy and Diggle.
