The House From “Full House” Is Up For Sale
When “Fuller House” debuted on Netflix one of the questions people were asking was why Danny Tanner hadn’t sold his San Francisco dwelling yet. The Full House house (aka 1708 Broderick) is in a prime location, smack in the middle of the hottest and most expensive housing market in the country. People wondered how much it would go for these days. Now we know, because it just went up for sale. Its value is $4,150,000.
This was never a cheap house to begin with; it was chosen for Tanner House exterior shots because it looked nice, and “nice” in SoCal costs money. 1708 rests in the Pacific Heights neighborhood, historically a community for the upper class (this has not changed). Could the Tanners really have afforded this place? Well, Danny was a morning news show host, so maybe.
One other detail…..if you happen to be an interested party, or you know an interested party, please inform them beforehand that people are going to be visiting your house every day, constantly. In Astoria a couple who barely knew what “The Goonies” was bought the Goonie house a few years ago, and after becoming fed up with photographers, forced the city council to forbid anyone from coming within 50 feet of the place. Don’t let this happen to Comet’s home.
