TMNT: Out of the Shadows Character Posters Look Iconic
The anticipated is building for the upcoming live-action TMNT sequel, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows. The last live-action TMNT movie released in 2014 was a box office smash, and it’s spawning a new film franchise. In promoting the film, Paramount Pictures recently released a set of character posters for the film’s heroes in a half-shell, which look quite iconic. The first film had its issues, but it did set up a hit live-action TMNT movie franchise. The new film at least looks like it will have a better handle on its characters. Plus, it will feature the live-action debut of classic Turtle villains, Bebop and Rocksteady. In addition, Krang will be in the film, and it also looks like Shredder will have a more prominent role. It was clear that Shredder’s role in the last film was changed after rumors leaked that Shredder would no longer be Japanese and Oroku Saki. Originally, Erick Sacks was going to become Shredder. So that is probably the reason why Shredder had such a disjointed role in the film that came off like it was not fully realized.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows arrives in theaters on June 3.
