Call of Duty: Blacks Ops 3 DLC Heading To PC & Xbox This Month
The final downloadable content pack for Call of Duty: Blacks Ops 3 is set to launch on Xbox One and PC tomorrow. Called Salvation, the DLC contains four new maps in the form of Citadel, Micro, Outlaw, and Rupture. It also includes the final chapter, Revelations, in the Origins Zombies storyline that was introduced with the game.
Available to anyone who purchased the Season Pass or as a standalone product at $14.99, it will only be released on next generation hardware. It has been on the PlayStation 4 store since September 6 as part of an exclusivity arrangement that Activision has with Sony.
The timing of the final piece of DLC for the game is appropriate considering that the latest instalment in the series is due to hit store shelves on November 4. Call of Duty, Infinite Warfare will only be available on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4, though, unlike previous entries. It is also the first title by Infinity Wars in what is a new development cycle that sees them only releasing a game every three years.
