Games With Gold For November Revealed
Major Nelson has once again revealed the titles that Xbox Live Gold members will be able to download for free in November. The month will mark the first time that Xbox One users will be able to get their hands on four games for their console thanks to the fact that both Xbox 360 titles will be fully backwards compatible, something that will carry on into the future. Players will have to wait until November 12 though, as the update to add support for older generation games is not available until then.
The first game available will be Pneuma: Breath of Life for the Xbox One, which will be offered from November 1 for the entire month. The title is a first-person puzzler that mixes the idea of religion and faith into the story. The second is Knight Squad by Chainawsome Games, which will become fre to all subscribers when it launches on November 16.
The two Xbox 360 offerings are relatively old games as both released in 2011. The first offering is the rally title Dirt 3, which is informally part of the Colin McRae Rally series though it doesn’t feature the late driver’s name. It received plenty of praise from critics, with particular notice paid to the handling of the cars and the impressive presentation. Lastly, the second half of the month will bring Dungeon Siege III, an action role-playing game from Obsidian Entertainment and Square Enix.
