Medal of Honor: Warfighter Gameplay Trailer
EA and Danger Close have released the first real gameplay trailer for Medal of Honor: Warfighter powered by the Frostbite 2 engine. While the trailer does show off some frantic action I can’t help but feel like this is another generic first-person shooter being shoved down the throats of consumers.
The trailer can be viewed below:

Medal of Honor: Warfighter releases on October 23rd in the US and October 26th everywhere else, across Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
What do you think of the trailer? Let us know in the comment section.

I think it looks pretty enough but…eh? Personally I’m really sick of this modern warfare aesthetic where everything is super gritty, super brown, super bloomy, and so tacticool to the max. Its worn out its welcome after an utterly pervasive presence in gaming for the last 4 or 5 years. Its become almost ridiculous at this point and it feels like nobody is doing anything unique. At this point I’d kill for a new Unreal Tournament. Or maybe even the “Future Space War” rumored idea for a new CoD.
If they could bring that same “realism” to the point that I can customize my own laser rifle and play on some maps that aren’t just generic middle eastern cities, then I might actually feel refreshed instead of exasperated.
