Monster Hunter: World Releases Documentary Video
To celebrate the upcoming release of Monster Hunter: World this week, we’ve just released the first episode in the series of ‘The Making of Monster Hunter: World’ video documentaries.
Featuring exclusive behind-the-scenes footage and interviews with Producer Ryozo Tsujimoto, Executive Director/Art Director Kaname Fujioka and Director Yuya Tokuda, the first episode in the series examines how the project started and what inspired the vision behind bringing the living, breathing world of Monster Hunter to life on home consoles.
Further videos will be released weekly, revealing hidden secrets behind the development of the title, including an exclusive look at the motion capture and sound studios used in the game’s creation, plus interviews with further development team members who provide additional insights into the design process of Monster Hunter: World.
The game is aiming to be a true introduction to the series for many who have viewed it with wary eyes. After all, the Monster Hunter main series is known for its brutal difficulty, which has been a turn off for some. But, Capcom is aiming to bring some Western style with this new title. Plus, it’s done things that Monster Hunter has never done before, like a seamless world that doesn’t require loading screens.
Monster Hunter: World releases on the 26th.
