Resident Evil x Dead by Daylight announces the Survivors and Killers
Resident Evil x Dead by Daylight Chapter Resident Evil x Dead by Daylight is finally announced at the 5th anniversary broadcast of Dead by Daylight. It is a crossover that I never thought will happen because Resident evil uses guns and combat. Meanwhile, Dead by Daylight is all about stealth. The Killer is going to be Nemesis from Resident Evil 3. Resident evil has several iconic monsters and villains. So it is really hard to narrow it down to one. In the end, Nemesis is chosen because of the recent success of the Resident Evil 3 remake. Nemesis won’t be alone because he will be joined by a.i controlled zombies. Resident evil also has multiple numbers of iconic heroes and survivors. It is hard to just choose one. This is the second time a DBD chapter has two Survivors since Stranger things. The Survivor is two Resident evil characters who never met before. Jill Valentine in her Resident Evil 3 remake incarnation. She will be joined by Leon Scott Kennedy
Avatar: The Last Airbender live action series reveals character ages
Avatar: The Last Airbender live-action will have a live-action adaptation…. The last the time we have one….. We have this unwatchable and racist abomination. Avatar: The Last Airbender ‘s Netflix live-action got fans on the tip of their toes. Asian Americans who are longing for representation felt betrayed by one of their own. (M. Night Shyamalan is of Indian descent) The lead protagonists are mostly played by Caucasian actors and the villains from the Fire nation are mostly played by South Asian actors. Shyamalan said he goes with this cast because he wanted to have the best actors for the role. Speaking of acting, One of the most criticized elements of this movie is the horrid acting. Only Dev Patel has the acting prowess on this film. I am glad that his career recovered from this. Fans some many reasons to hate this film but this video can explain it better: Netflix Promised to fix the mistakes Paramount Studios and Shyamalan made. A live-action Adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender
Eternals: A first look about the life Marvel’s immortals
The Eternals had been watching humanity since the beginning but they never interfered until now… The first trailer of the Eternals is out. This movie has a lot of high expectations because it is directed by Oscar-winning director Chloé Zhao. The movie is full of potential. It’s because of its diverse star-studded ensemble and breathtaking visuals. The trailer starts with the song “End of the world” by Skeeter Davis. Ancient people had an encounter with a flying object. Inside is Sersi who is played by Gemma Chan and Ikaris who is portrayed by Richard Madden. These immortal aliens befriended humans and help them advance their civilization. We see shots of Ikaris and Sersi in different eras of civilization. Something went wrong as they seemed to break up because Sersi is now with Dane Whitman(Kit Harington). Then we have a shot of Angelina Jolie as Thena, A 7000-year-old immortal warrior who is the cousin of Thanos. We have a sequence of scenes that shows the Eternals are onlookers who observed humanity since the beginning but they never interrupted.
The CW Expands To Saturdays, Announces Two New Shows
Every time The CW announces a renewal for everything and then throws new shows on top of that, we ask “how are they going to fit it all in?” The CW has the tightest schedule of any broadcast network with just twelve hours to work with (two each day except for Saturday). Today we got our answer: the network is finally getting a Saturday lineup, graduating to a full-week schedule. Have the ratings been rising lately? They’ve been about the same, actually, aside from a few special bumps like the series premiere of Superman And Lois. The CW shows still get the lowest ratings of any network on the air but thanks to streaming deals and other alternate sources of cash, that never seems to matter. The CW is the one place where you can start watching a new show and be at least 80% confident that it won’t be abruptly cancelled. They’ll need at least two new shows to fill that space, and they announced them today: Naomi, based
IDW Announces Star Trek: The Mirror War
Jean-Luc Picard will forever be one of Trek’s most beloved captains, but what if things had turned out differently? What if Picard wasn’t such a nice guy…what if he used his intelligence and position of authority for selfish and evil purposes? Then you’d have Mirror Picard, the ruthless captain of an Enterprise always looking to stir up trouble in Star Trek’s Mirror Universe. IDW is now working on an all-new epic storyline focused on this version of Picard called The Mirror War. It’s an event so big it’ll take an entire year to tell…eight issues’ worth, plus four specials and a prelude #0 issue. IDW is keeping details light at this time, but the basic plot is that Mirror Picard’s thirst for power is leading him to attempt conquest of the galaxy. Details from past Mirrorverse tales will factor into the events, and the comic will be written by Scott and David Tipton and illustrated by Carlos Nieto. “We’re absolutely thrilled to return to the Mirror Universe,” says Scott Tipton.
Disney might buy DC Comics
Reports from CNBC started speculations that Disney might purchase DC comics after the merger of Warner Media and Discovery. This Disney Monopoly is getting disturbing. August 2009 is the year when Disney Purchased Marvel. They did it intending to get the market of little boys and adult men. Many fans oppose it back then because they thought it will censor Marvel’s more adult-centric content like Deadpool and Marvel Zombies. Marvel’s action did not disneyfy the content of Marvel except from Big Hero 6. Marvel remained to have some creative freedom with their content and MCU made the Geek Culture mainstream. Now the talks about Disney purchasing DC become strong because Warner Media had a merger with Discovery to form a new company called Warner Discovery. AT&T the parent company of Warner wanted to be out of the entertainment business. The reports from CNBC speculate that Warner Media as a whole is for sale for bidders. Disney, Amazon, and Netflix. I don’t know but I do not want Disney to
Lost N64 Version Of Cubivore Discovered
Whether the name “Cubivore” means anything to you depends on if you’re a collector of Gamecube-era video games. It’s a bizarre survival simulator developed by Intelligent Systems for Nintendo — originally for the 64DD, then for the regular Nintendo 64 once the DD flopped, and finally for the Gamecube. Nintendo elected NOT to release the final version of the game in the US, but allowed a third-party publisher to do the legwork if they were willing. Atlus, who always prints in low quantities, was willing. It was quirky, and it was ignored…you know what that means. When the Gamecube was finally old enough to be “collectible,” Cubivore quickly became one of its most valuable titles. The price of a complete-in-box copy has gone up practically every month and, at last check, reached over $600. The Japanese title was Doubutsu Banchou, which means “Animal Leader.” You play as a blocky creature who flops around, eating other animals to evolve and turn into another animal. Because the characters are all basic blocks,
Demon Slayer: Mugen Train Smashing Records In America
When Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Mugen Train — better known as Demon Slayer: Mugen Train or just Demon Slayer: The Movie — opened in Japan last October, it raked in massive amounts of cash. It was the first movie in Japanese history to make over $100 million in just 10 days, and wound up earning over $300 million. The big question was how it would do overseas — historically, though they have an audience, anime films haven’t taken in a noticeable amount of money…until recently. Demon Slayer: Mugen Train has now been in US theaters for one month, and as of this weekend it has earned $43,956,487, making it the second biggest-earning anime film in US box office history. It’s also Funimation’s largest opening three-day weekend for any film they’ve distributed. The movie follows the events of Season One and the same protagonist, Tanjiro. The two-hour film covers an entire arc from the manga, an unusual move for adaptions of this type, but in this case the
Amazon is in negotiations to buy MGM
MGM or Metro Goldwyn Mayer is one of the movie studios that symbolizes Hollywood’s golden era. This company has been around for 97 years but it is about to be purchased by a 26 year old company. I am talking about Amazon because this bookstore turned tech giant. With the Net Worth $314.9 Billion, everything can be bought by Amazon and that includes a century old Legendary studio. Who would have thought that an online bookstore will become a corporate Jack of all trades. There is a saying that everything has a price and $9 billion is the price Amazon is offering. That offer is quite low for a legendary film giant but its having bankruptcy issues. If Amazon succeeds, they will own the whole MGM library which they can add to Amazon Prime. They will also have the rights to those properties and easily make remakes without any hassle. The most valuable franchise that MGM owns is James Bond. 007 is a property worth $7 billion to $10 billion. I
Highlander Reboot will star Henry Cavill
Highlander is a successful film franchise from the 80s and 90s. It is a franchise that spawned six sequels, Two television spin-offs, and an Animated series. Oh, I forgot to mention, there even an Anime movie about it. This franchise gave me the fantasy of immortality. I loved the movies and Tv shows because of the swordfight choreographies. Christopher Lambert was made into a star when he played Connor Macleod in the movies. He is an immortal Scottish man who owns an Antique shop in 1985. He is also the mentor of the Highlander: The Series‘s protagonist Duncan Macleod who is played by Adrian Paul. Wonder Woman already has two out of three solo movies. Meanwhile, two out of three movies of Superman are ensemble crossovers. Henry Cavill’s Superman only has one film. He already finished filming two Seasons of The Witcher but his Superman film felt abandoned. The reboot’s lead is Henry Cavill. I wonder if he will play Connor, Duncan, or a new character. Chad Stahelski who is known for making the John Wick movies
Free League Announces Partnership For Printable Dragonbane Miniatures
If you have access to a 3D printer (lucky), you no doubt have thought it might be useful to create original elements of a tabletop RPG campaign. Free League thinks so too, and they’ve just announced a partnership with with MyMiniFactory and Titan Forge to create a subscription service for just that sort of product. The service is called The Adventure and it works like this: you pay a fee and you get 3D printable files of heroes and monsters each month. The current catch is that they’re only meant for one game: Free League’s own Dragonbane. Dragonbane was originally released in Scandinavia in 1982 under the title “Drakar och Demoner” and became the first TTRPG to reach hit status in that country. The narrative behind Dragonbane is not an entirely serious one, and some adventures can get downright silly, but that doesn’t mean the game is easy — far from it. Dragonbane is reportedly quite challenging and the situations it conjures are tense. Should you subscribe to The Adventure, you’ll
Black Panther Director Wants To Make A New X-Files
Ryan Coogler has an attractive entry on his resume with Marvel’s Black Panther, one of the best films in the MCU. So what does he want to do next? Bringing back the 90s is one goal. Disney has tapped Coogler to explore a possible reboot of The X-Files, a 20th Century Studios property now under their umbrella. The news was reported by Bloomberg, but it doesn’t make clear what form this would take: are they thinking about a TV show, a limited series or a movie? Whatever it is, it’s gonna need more than the name. There’s been this annoying belief lately that recognizable IP determines success better than any other element, when there’s plenty of evidence that’s not true. In fact, there’s evidence against it with The X-Files specifically. For a time in the 90s it was the sensation of television, but then it just kept going, and going, until its tangled mythology no longer made sense. Actors started leaving and so did viewers. The show was actually resurrected
