Slain Hits Xbox One on 10/21
The puzzle-combat platformer is set to receive an Xbox One released this month. Just in time for the spirit of the Halloween season, the game will launch for the Xbox One on October 21. The game will be a digital download release for $14.99.
The game is sort very much in the style of the classic Castlevania game. It’s a throwback to the 16-bit and 8-bit eras, with pixelated graphics and 2D gameplay. You can check out a sample of some gameplay footage in an earlier gameplay trailer int he player below.
The game focuses on arcade style and platformer combat and gameplay, similar to the hack-and-slash games of the 1980s and 1990s. Here are some of the features for the Xbox One version of the game.

The game is already available for Windows PC. According to Digerati Distribution, the game received a complete overhaul since it’s inititial launch. So it seems the good news is that players who want to check it out on Xbox One will get a more polished version of the game.
