Star Wars Battlefront Servers Going Down for DLC
EA and DICE have announced that the servers for Star wars Battlefront will be going offline this week, as they prepare to launch the upcoming new expansion for the game, The Outer Rim. The announcement was made on the game’s official forums. The servers for the game are expected to go down sometime tomorrow (March 22), and the game will be offline for about an hour. The maintenance is to help implement a new update and the new expansion.
Star Wars Battlefront: Outer Rim will also launch tomorrow for Season Pass owners. The DLC will be launched later on for other players. Its expected official launch date is likely going to happen in April. Here’s the full downtime schedule for the game tomorrow (Courtesy of EA):

- PC: 12:00 AM PT / 3:00 AM ET
- PS4: 2:00 AM PT / 5:00 AM ET
- Xbox One: 4:00 AM PT / 7:00 AM ET
DLC for Season Pass owners:
- PC: 5:00 AM PT / 8:00 AM ET
- PS4: 6:00 AM PT / 9:00 AM ET
- Xbox One: 7:00 AM PT / 10:00 AM ET
Star Wars Battlefront is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC. The new update for tomorrow will also include the new Spectator mode, a higher level cap, new weapons and more. The new update will be available to all Battlefront players for free.
