The new prelude issue is written by Matt Moylan with art by Hanzo Steinbach. The series will then officially launch with its first issue later on. This will be an eight-issue series with the main creative team of Ken Siu-chong (story) and Edwin Huang (art). Starting with issue No. 2, the series will also feature 4-page backup stories from a variety of creators.
The upcoming comic crossover will feature iconic characters from the franchise facing off, including the likes Ken, Chun-Li, Rashid, Sagat, and Akuma face off against Morrigan, Felicia, Jon Talbain, Bishamon, and Donovan in an all-out brawl.
Street Fighter Unlimited No. 0 will be available at local comic book stores and physical and online retailers in February. Every issue of Street Fighter vs. Darkstalkers will also be available as a digital release via ComiXology. Issue No. 0 will be 32 pages and priced at $3.99.
