NYCC 2017: More Batman ’66 Movies Could Be Done Without Adam West
Batman ’66 holds a very special spot in the hearts and minds of Batman fans. It was the first quality live-action take on the character, and it not only had 3 seasons, but a movie that’s still remembered to this day. It’s so beloved that DC Comics made a comic that continued the adventures of that Batman and Robin. Then, they decided to go the animated series route by bringing the Dynamic Duo to DVD adventures, the latest one which is about to release. Sadly, the loss of Adam West, who played Batman in the original series and voiced him in these animated films, passed away this year, leaving many to think that this might be the end for this Dynamic Duo.
