For those who have or will be pre-ordering Dark Souls Collector Edition (North America) may want to read this. Originally this edition of the game, which is actually free to upgrade to, was suppose to include the following: a metal case, art book, mini strategy guide, behind-scenes-videos disc, and download code for the game’s soundtrack. This has now changed just a bit.
