Resistance 4 was “seriously considered” by Insomniac Games, but ultimately shelved

According to Insomniac Games Chief Executive Ted Price, Resistance 4 was a serious consideration for the development studio, but a desire to do something new halted plans to advance the post-apocalyptic sci-fi shooter.

Insomniac’s Overstrike is now Fuse

Remember Overstrike? It was set to be Insomniac Games’ first multi-platform game with EA, after PlayStation exclusive series’ Resistance and Ratchet & Clank. It had a promising, fun-filled trailer shown back in E3 2011 but it hasn’t been seen since – until today.
