Gen Con Enters Merch Deal With Rollacrit
Gen Con, the world’s longest-running convention devoted to tabletop gaming, began in 1968 and, fifty years later, can’t be stopped by anything, not even a global pandemic. Though the proliferation of the vaccine means life is slowly returning to normal in 2021, Gen Con will be moving forward with a hybrid-style convention this year. It’ll exist in three forms simultaneously: Gen Con Indy, Gen Con Online, and Pop-Up Gen Con. Whether you choose to attend the virtual or IRL versions of Gen Con, you’ll be looking for T-shirts and mugs to take home, and that’s where their new deal with Rollacrit comes in. The analog-gaming lifestyle company will be offering Gen Con-branded apparel, merchandise, homeware, drinkware, and gaming accessories as convention souvenirs.
