Geiru Toneido is Capcom’s latest Viral Meme character! She is a sleeper hit, as opposed to Lady D and Divorced Ken. The first two got viral before the release of their game. Geiru is from a 2016 video game! Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice has been available for years. So why does this character from years ago is now an online phenomenon? People had been making fan arts like there is no tomorrow! Geiru Toneido, Drives the internet wild! People who don’t even play the Ace Attorney Games are making fanarts of her! Not knowing anything about her lore! They just like the image of a cute and sexy clown who makes her bosoms’ bounce with her suspenders. They like the combination of Neoteny and the sexuality of her design. Her newfound fans have no idea that she is a vengeful murderer! Many fans thought this game released in the west is impossible but not anymore. . I am one of those fans who wished Ace Attorney vs. Professor Layton have a western release. It is the second game in the series to have 3d graphics.   The cast of the earlier games are mostly Japanese. They  westernized for the global release because they want the non anime crowd. For Instance, Ryūichi Naruhodō is the original name of Phoenix Wright. Reiji Mitsurugi is the original name of Miles Edgeworth. This is the first Ace Attorney game to have the least 4kids style censorship. Having two characters who look visually and culturally very Japanese is hard for translators to Americanize. The game’s timeline is in  Meiji Period in Japan and  Victorian-era England. The main character will be  Ryunosuke Naruhodo. He is the ancestor of Phoenix Wright. The Ace Attorney series is one of the most fan-beloved game franchises out there. Between its quirky characters, it insane cases, and moral messages, it’s captured the hearts of many. So much so that Capcom has revealed that the series will be coming the Nintendo Switch, potentially next year. One of the series entries, Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, just arrived on the Nintendo 3DS, and the creator of the series, Shu Takumi took some time to talk about how he came up with some of the characters, including series star Phoenix Wright: “My thinking on main characters goes like this: the main character is the player, so the character shouldn’t have too strong of a flavor to them. That’s why I didn’t go out of my way to make Phoenix Wright anyone special, or give him any special features — all of his lines are pretty much just what I would say in those situations. There seems to be a race as of late between the various game makers as to whom can create the most expensive “collectors edition” version of the games they sell. We’ve had a few overly expensive releases here, but the practice started in Japan, and they’ve topped us already. This obscenely decadent Ace Attorney bundle isn’t THE most expensive game package the island nation has produced, but it’s pretty high up there. For 150,000 yen, or $1,365 US dollars, you get all six mainline Ace Attorney games, a soundtrack CD, a set of 15 postcards tucked inside a box signed by art director Takuro Fuse, a personal doodle of Phoenix by  series designer Shu Takumi, and….a gold bar. No, really — it’s a memorial plate celebrating the series’ 15-year anniversary, and it’s made of 24-karat gold. This bundle (which we assume is going to be heavy to ship, so add shipment charges to everything else) will only be sold in Japan, and only through Capcom’s online store.

It’s hard to believe in some ways that the Ace Attorney series has gone through six main titles. As a visual novel series of sorts, you’d think that after a while, the game would get too repetitive, or lose it’s flair. In fact, the creator of the series only intended it to be three games, with it to end after Trials and Tribulations, one of the best games in the series. Yet, Capcom thought there was more room for stories, so more were made. This of course leads us to the newest entry in the series: Spirit of Justice. After a panel at last weekend’s Anime Expo 2016 in Los Angeles, California Capcom and producer Motohide Eshiro released some new details for the latest installment int he Phoenix Wright franchise, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice. Some new and returning characters were revealed for the new game, along with some new artwork, that you can check out in the gallery below. Click on the thumbnails to see the full-size images. Returning to the series is fan-favorite character Maya Fey. Fey has been in training in the Kingdom of Khura’in. After she’s been reunited with Phoenix just before the drama ensues, Phoenix has to use his skills in a foreign courtroom to save his longtime friend and assistant. Athena Cykes is a character who made her debut in the last game, Dual Destinies. The rookie attorney will be supporting Apollo and the cast again with her ability to psychoanalyze emotions and help discover the truth behind the emotional cues found in witnesses’ testimony with her Mood Matrix program. This week at E3 2016, Capcom revealed the story and some new details for the upcoming western release of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit of Justice. In addition, the game has a playable demo at the E3 Expo. The demof or the game features the monk-in-training and tour-guide Ahlbi Ur’gaid, who has been accused of stealing the Kingdom of Khura’in’s national treasure, “The Founder’s Orb,” and murdering its guard, Paht Rohl. Per the legal system for his kingdom, if the defendant is proven guilty, so is the representing attorney. As a result, the kingdom has had an absence of lawyers for years, but Phoenix Wright is in town. So he’s decided to take the case to defend Ahlbi against the returning prosecutor Gaspen Payne. Objection! Video game franchise star Phoenix Wright is finally the star of his own anime series, titled Ace Attorney, which debuted this weekend. The show premieres on Saturday April 2 at 4AM PST. The show will be streamed on Crunchyroll for Crunchyroll Members worldwide, excluding those in Asia. The new show is adapted from the games and follows the rookie lawyer Naruhodo Ryuuichi (aka Phoenix Wright) and his assistant Mayoi (Maya), who defends his clients in a court of law. Naruhodo has to work with limited evidence and only logic as his best weapon in order to turn the case around when all the odds are stacked against him. Capcom has announced that Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies is now available on iOS. You can download the first episode for free, though the other four episodes will cost $4.99. Alternatively, you can purchase all five episodes for $14.99. Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies originally released in October 2013 on the Nintendo 3DS. The game follows Phoenix Wright, fellow attorney Apollo Justice, and new character Athena Cykes as they solve various murders throughout the game.  You can download the episodes here.

The long awaited iOS version of the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy HD is finally getting released next week, it was originally announced last month that it would be delayed, however, it has now been confirmed via a post on Capcom Unity that the first three games in the series will be coming out on May 30th. The first two cases in the first game will be available to play free, if you wish to play the rest of the game, you can unlock the rest of the game by downloading it for $5.99, the other two games in the series, Justice for All and Trials and Tribulations will be available for $6.99 each; or you have the option of purchasing the whole trilogy at once for $16.99. If you’re a big fan of the Ace Attorney series, then this is a great way to burn time until the next game in the series, Dual Destinies, is released in the fall for the 3DS.

Everyone’s favorite porcupine-headed attorney, Phoenix Wright, will finally be making his arrival to the West this fall in his latest adventure titled Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies. Although no release date has been announced yet, it will be available as a digital download only on the Nintendo 3DS eShop. Set one year after the events that took place in Ace Attorney: Apollo Justice, Phoenix Wright takes his rightful place back as the main character, this time however, he will be joined by his new assistant, Athena Cykes, a rookie defense attorney and psychologist, also making his return as a playable character will be Apollo Justice. For the first time in the Ace Attorney series, this game will feature full 3D graphics and models, along with investigation areas now being presented in 3D, meaning you can now change the camera angles and zoom in to find clues. Thanks to Athena Cykes abilities as a psychologist, this game will have a new feature called the Mood Matrix, which gives you the opportunity to read the emotions
