Microsoft has announced October’s Games With Gold lineup. There will be a total of 3 games available for you to download for free. For Xbox One, you’ll be able to download Chariot, the newest ID@Xbox game from developers Frima. In this 2D couch cooperative platformer, you’ll play as a princess whose task is to lay her father’s remains in his final resting place with the help of her fiancé. It will be available on October 1 and will be replacing last month’s Xbox One free game, Super Time Force. For Xbox 360, beginning on October 1, you’ll be able to download Battlefield: Bad Company 2. The game will be free until October 15. Later in the month, starting on October 16, you’ll be able to download Darksiders II, an action role-playing, hack and slash game developed by the now-defunct studio, Vigil Games.
