Earlier this month, Cartoon Network aired The Crossover Nexus, a special episode of OK KO that united characters from Steven Universe, Teen Titans Go and Ben 10…and also contained references to EVERY SINGLE original cartoon CN has ever aired, as well as past promotional campaigns, branding and show blocks. The new mobile game Cartoon Network Party Dash doesn’t go quite as far, but like OK KO, it unites three shows in one. Specifically you control a cast taken from The Amazing World of Gumball, Ben 10 and We Bare Bears in a smash-and-dash platformer where you descend endless floors and take out enemies with your special moves. Gumball, Darwin, Anais, Penny, Grizz, Panda, Ice Bear, Heatblast, Four Arms, XLR8 and Shock Rock are all playable within the game. We Bare Bears Match3 Repairs is the name of a new mobile puzzle game produced by Korean game developer SundayToz, in cooperation with Cartoon Network. You’re likely already familiar with the concept of a match-3 puzzle game; they were prevalent as cheap distractions even before phones became “smart.” This one, however, is skinned with bears (not literally). If you watch the channel, you’re probably already familiar with the license…the We Bare Bears TV show is one of Cartoon Network’s best programs at the moment. Help Grizz, Panda and Ice Bear fix up their cave with fun and challenging match-3-style gameplay and unique missions like rescuing seals, finding hidden wildlife, activating drones and more. Cartoon Network has partnered with Korean game developer SundayToz for a mobile puzzle game around the network’s hit animated series, We Bare Bears. A global launch is expected early 2018. The free match 3-style and city-builder game will feature storytelling and video from the series, as well as competitive features such as leader-boards where friends can challenge one another. “It’s exciting to partner with SundayToz on a new global mobile game for We Bare Bears,” said Chris Waldron, Vice President of Cartoon Network Digital Products and Games. “They connect with the fun, light-hearted tone of the series; and we know they’ll deliver a game our fans won’t want to put down.” Phil Nelson, Turner’s Managing Director for North Asia and Southeast Asia Pacific, added: “We are extremely pleased to be working with a world-class game developer like SundayToz. Cartoon Network, currently the greatest cable network in the world, has formally announced its show lineup for 2015 and even a bit of 2016.
