  Gal Gadot, was pretty much unknown, starred  as Wonder Woman in DCEU. It became the highest-grossing film directed by a woman, raking in an impressive $822,854,286 at the box office. However, the sequel, Wonder Woman 1984, had a limited theater release due to the pandemic. It made $169,601,036, but it found success on HBO Max. During an interview for her Netflix film Heart of Stone, Gal Gadot confirmed that Wonder Woman 3 is in development, much to the delight of her fans. Despite the reboot, she will continue in the iconic role. However, Patti Jenkins, who was involved in the first two movies, will not return due to creative differences with James Gunn’s vision. Speaking of James Gunn, he fired Henry Cavill, seemingly holding him responsible for the box office failure of Black Adam. It is Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s fault but Cavill became a Collateral.  Henry Cavill was replaced by David Corenswet, who bears a striking resemblance to him. Wonder Woman 3 is now said to be in development. The “anti-woke” Vloggers on Youtube had been complaining about Wonder Woman 1984 while not even watching the movie. It is not the best movie per se but it is a good movie. They said it is a flopped because it only made $85,400,000 in the box-office. The movie made that amount of money in the middle of a Pandemic. Around 50% of the HBO Max subscribers had watched the movie. Well it is only it’s first week but Wonder Woman 3 seemed to already break even because of HBO Max subscribers. It broke some box office records this pandemic. That sounds like a win. They are hating on the movie because of the comparisons between Donald Trump and Maxwell Lord. Well Trump should be flattered because Maxwell Lord is the most liked character on the movie. I had seen some Republicans who enjoyed the movie and didn’t see Trump from Maxwell Lord at all. Wonder Woman 1984 is out on Theaters few days ago but if you want to stay safe during this Pandemic. You can now watch it for $15 1 month subscription at HBO Max. This is not like the Mulan Deal where you have to pay membership on Disney Plus then pay Rental. It is one single payment. The breathtaking visuals made me wish I saw many anti woke Youtube channels bashing this movie because Maxwell Lord’s character seemed Trump inspired. Well not really, Pedro Paschal’s portrayal of the struggling businessman is the best part of the film. It doesn’t strike any political party at all. He is not the typical movie villain at all because he have a sympathetic side. I don’t want to give away much plot but he is revelation on this film. I’m hardly the first one to say it, but it’s mightily weird that nothing on HBO Max supports 4K, HDR or any of the more modern media technologies. That may soon change, however. Director Patty Jenkins made an announcement on her Twitter account this morning: her Wonder Woman 1984 will be streamable in all kinds of fancy formats when it goes live Christmas Day, and most of them are new to the channel. The list of support includes 4K Ultra HD, HDR 10, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. Dolby Vision is a fancier version of HDR, and Dolby Atmos is about as “surround” as surround sound currently gets with support for speakers both above and below the viewer. As the clock counted down to the latest release date for Wonder Woman 1984, the general assumption from everyone was that it would be changed again. The date has jumped six times, from November 1, 2019 to December 13, 2019 to June 5, 2020 to August 14, 2020 to October 2, 2020 to, most recently, December 25, 2020. And it doesn’t look like the world will be well again at that point either, so…spring 2021? Summer 2021? To everyone’s surprise, Warner Bros announced today that it’s going to be Christmas 2020 once and for all. To prove they’re serious, WB is uploading the entire movie to HBO Max on the same day. That is correct, if you have an HBO Max subscription ($15 a month, about the same as a ticket in some places), you can watch Wonder Woman 1984 at home on the same day selected theaters will get it. Presumably, this card game has been sitting around complete for quite a while as well, but they seem to feel confident enough in the latest release window to reveal this product. First Wonder Woman 1984 was going to be a summer event. Then things curved more toward Halloween. Now it looks like it’s going to be a holiday thing, as the release date for the sequel has slipped yet again to December 25, 2020 (previous date: October 2). It’s a good thing Diana is immortal. While other studios have been willing to unload their intended theater tentpoles onto home streaming formats after waiting enough time, WB seems extra-resistant. Their most recent release, Christopher Nolan’s Tenet, was not offered digitally and the results were a $20 million opening weekend…better than expected, given the circumstances, but the film itself cost $200 million to make. Tenet is more likely to make back its budget in overseas sales from locations that didn’t completely bungle the COVID response — $126 million has been made from the film across other countries. When Wonder Woman first appeared in the pages of DC Comics back in the 1940s, one of the supplementary features of each issue was an educational page called “Wonder Women Of History.” Diana would narrate, taking readers back in time for a brief overview of one historical female’s life and the positive changes she made to society. It was an effort by creator William Moulton Marston to empower the little girls reading the magazine, and inspire them to become great women themselves. But when Marston left the book, the feature vanished. Now DC is resurrecting Wonder Women Of History in the form of a new book written and illustrated by a wide variety of female creators. This time, though, it’s less of a history lesson and more of a People Magazine glance-over. The majority of the women who made the lineup are alive, and some weren’t even famous until very recently. Harriet Tubman didn’t make the cut, but Keiko Agena did, whose greatest achievement is playing Lane on Gilmore Girls.
