Tangledeep Launches On Steam February 1
Impact Gameworks has announced their ambitious roguelike Tangledeep, now in Early Access, will be officially completed and launched February 1 for PC, Mac and Linux. The dungeon crawler contains procedurally-generated maps, 12 unique job classes, hundreds of items to find, and over 50 monsters — you can choose to fight them, or tame them to fight for you.
Tangledeep takes its inspiration from the greats…Secret of Mana, Chrono Trigger, Diablo and even a bit of Disgaea. The soundtrack is even composed by people who’ve worked on such games: Hiroki Kikuta (Secret of Mana), Grant Kirkhope (Banjo-Kazooie) and Norihiko Hibino (Metal Gear Solid, Bayonetta).

The complete PC release is great and all, but if you’re like me, you’re thinking this would be a great game for Switch. Impact Gameworks thinks so too….they’re working on the Switch version of Tangledeep as we speak, targeting a Spring 2018 release.
