Transformers: Check Out the Combiner Wars Trailer Here!
A new Transformers animated series is almost here, and it’s due for a digital launch very soon. During San Diego Comic-Con, Machinima and Hasbro Studios have unveiled the new trailer for the upcoming Transformers: Combiner Wars animated web series that debuts early next month. You can check out the video in the player below. The full voice cast for the show was also revealed.
The show features John Bailey as Optimus Prime, Charlie Guzman as Menasor, Anna Akana as Victorion, Amy Johnston as Maxima and Jason Marnocha as Megatron. Also, renowned voice-over actor Patrick Seitz is voicing Devastator, Frank Todaro is Starscream, and Ben Pronsky is Rodimus Prime. The show debuts on Machinima’s go90 on August 2.
For the show’s staff, Eric Calderon is executive producing the show, with George Krstic serving as head writer. Fans might know Krstic as the creator of the beloved cult-favorite Megas XLR. FJ Desanto is also serving as a writer for the show, with animation provided by Tatsunoko Productions.
This is set to be the first chapter of the Transformers Generations Prime Wars Trilogy, It will be an eight-episode digital series that launches exclusively in the US on go90, and it will be available internationally with various partners.
