Halo 5: Forge PC Requirements Revealed
It appears that anyone wishing to use Halo 5: Forge on PC won’t have to have an incredibly powerful machine. The specifications needed to use the program have finally been revealed by 343 Industries on Halo Waypoint, showing that an Intel Core i5 at 2.3Ghz and 8GB of ram will be enough to run it on Windows 10.
Halo 5: Forge is essentially the full creation tool that is in Halo 5: Guardians as a standalone product. The freely available program supports the Xbox One controller alongside keyboard and mouse, giving creators the chance to build maps with more precision than is possible in-game before testing them out in online custom games with their friends.
The fact that Forge was coming to Windows 10, allowing players to build and test out maps on their PC before uploading it into the full game, was first revealed in April. It will be available from September 8.
